Why Health Coaching? 

Health coaching will help you achieve your wellness-related goals by making lasting behaviour changes and integrating healthy habits into your lifestyle.

More and more, we find ourselves racing around, trying to “make ends meet,” with little time left for ourselves, our relationships, our health, and our goals. Instead of connection, we sometimes feel emptiness, instead of energy, despair, and instead of healthy, flourishing optimism, it is all too easy to sink into a robotic routine of daily grinding and accepting “good enough.”

Most of us know that stress, eating poorly, not exercising, not getting enough sleep, and engaging in other unhealthy lifestyle habits are not good for us.  Yet, we continue those behaviors anyway or try quick fixes that don’t last for more than a few weeks. What we often need is someone aside that makes us see things, motivates us to implement and maintain healthy habits, and holds us accountable.

Health coaching is effective because you are in charge. You set the goals and you set the pace and terms. I'm there to support and guide you when you need guidance, to make you see things you might have not seen without me, and to hold you accountable. This approach is much more empowering, motivating, and effective than someone telling you what to do and will guide you to adopt lasting lifestyle changes.
